My instructor was awesome. For a beginner, you always want to not only feel comfortable especially when you are not a great sports person, but be encouraged. He worked the heck out of me (two days later my body is still aching), but I loved every minute of it. I wanted a fun workout and that is exactly what I got. Cant wait for my next session!
